To better manage your appointments, please take a moment to review our entire booking policies.
1. Do I need a Credit or Debit card to book an appointment?
All appointments require a valid Credit or Debit Card for appointment reservation and cancellation/no-show fees.
2. Q: Are there fees to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
A: Non-members will incur a 25.00 fee for each appointment(s) with less than 24 hours notice prior to your appointment(s) start time. No exceptions.
A: Active Members can cancel appointments with no less than 2 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time or $15 fee with less than 2 hr notice. Fees subject to change.
Fees are due at the time of rescheduling or cancellation requests.
Changes will not be made to your appointments without payment of rescheduling fees and are subject to no-show fees.

3. Q: What if I don't know when I can reschedule my appointment?
A: Because your rescheduling fee is paid at the time that the change to your appointment is requested, you can call us back at any time to reschedule. If you cannot pay your rescheduling fee at the time, your appointment will be left on the schedule pending your payment and will be subject to our no-show policy.
4. Q: If I don't show up to an appointment, do I still get charged?
A: All no-shows will be charged the entire value of the service(s) scheduled using the credit/debit card on file or gift card number(s) on file or pre-purchased membership or intro-offer services within your account. No-shows are called "late cancels" and will appear as such in your No-Show email. Groupon appointments will be charged a $25 non-refundable fee. There are no refunds. Sauna no-shows incur a $10 fee, to include last minute or same day cancellations. Add your appointment(s) dates and times to your calendar so you don't miss out. Sauna appointments require your own towels. Not using the sauna as scheduled due to you having forgotten your towels is the same as a no-show. Missed appointments are not elligible for a "Re-book". They be charged
5. Q: I have an emergency that came up, will I still be charged?
A: Extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed (granted proper documentation is provided). Case by case review at the discretion of Rejuvenate Wellness Center PLLC.
6. Q: My Groupon/Gift Card expired, can l still use it?
The promotional offer of an expired Groupon is no longer valid, but the price paid for the Groupon can be used towards any regular priced service. You'll have to pay the difference of the full cost of service. Groupon value cannot be used towards first time client discounts, rescheduling fees, gratuities or membership fees. This applies to any social buying promotion. Other options may be provided at the discretion of Rejuvenate Wellness Center PLLC. Rejuvenate Wellness Center PLLC is not responsible expired or last minute Groupon expiration. Gift card extensions are available with a fee.
No unattended minors in our waiting area. Children not receiving therapy are not allowed in treatment rooms.
There are no refunds for no-shows, late arrivals or a client's request to shorten a session. *First time client offers are available for individuals who have not received any services at Rejuvenate Wellness Center PLLC locations. A valid credit card/debit card is required to reserve your appointment(s). By booking an appointment at Rejuvenate Wellness Center PLLC, you agree to the terms herein.
