Booking Policies & FAQ
By booking an appointment, you agree to our booking policies.
Non-member booking
All appointments require valid billing information on file. Services you book are reserved especially for you, but we know life gets hectic. If you need to make a change, we require 24 hours notice. If you cancel or change your appointment(s) within the 24-hours, you will be billed a non-refundable $25 rescheduling fee per appointment. If you fail to call or cancel your appointment before your start time, you will be billed 100% of the service(s) and/or voucher(s) or lose service credit(s). These policies apply to any guest appointments. You must must inform us of any affected guest bookings at the time of making changes, failure to do so will result applicable fees respectively.
Member booking
Members can make changes to their appointments up to 2 hours before start time. If you cancel or change your appointment within the 2 hour period, you will be billed a non-refundable $25 rescheduling fee per session. If you fail to call or cancel your appointment(s) before your start time, you will be billed 100% of the service(s) or lose service credit(s). These policies apply to any guest appointments. Why do I need to book an appointment with a valid billing information on file?
To help us uphold our booking policies, we kindly ask that you provide your billing information when you book with us. Our service providers dedicate their time and professional expertise to each appointment, and they appreciate being compensated for their time. We know your time is valuable, and we feel the same way about our providers. Thank you for your understanding.
I HAVE AN EMERGENCY, WILL I STILL BE CHARGED?
Rejuvenate Wellness Center PLLC reserves sole discretion on any exceptions and exceptions should not be expected by clients regardless of how "other businesses" manage similar policies.
MY GROUPON / GIFT CARD EXPIRED
The amount paid for the Groupon voucher can be applied to any regular-priced service. You’ll need to cover the difference if the service exceeds the voucher value. Please note that the Groupon cannot be used for first-time client discounts, rescheduling fees, gratuities, or membership fees. This policy applies to all social buying promotions. Rejuvenate Wellness Center PLLC is not responsible for expired Groupon vouchers. Gift card extensions are available for a fee.
CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN TO MY APPOINTmENT?
For everyone's safety, we do not allow unattended minors in our waiting area. Children not receiving therapy are not allowed in treatment rooms or waiting area. Rejuvenate Wellness Center PLLC is not responsible for the supervision of any minors within the clinic. You may need to reschedule your appointment due to childcare with all booking policies still applicable.

There are no refunds for any purchases, services, cancellation or booking fees.
