To better manage your appointments, please take a moment to review our entire booking policies.
1. Do I need a Credit or Debit card to book an appointment?
All appointments require a valid Credit or Debit Card for appointment reservation and cancellation/no-show fees.
2. Q: Are there fees to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
A: Non-members will incur a 25.00 fee for each appointment(s) with less than 24 hours notice prior to your appointment(s) start time. No exceptions.
A: Active Members can cancel appointments up to 2 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time or a $15 fee with less than 2 hr notice. Fees subject to change. Fees are due at the time of rescheduling or cancellation requests. Changes will not be made to your appointments without payment of rescheduling fees and are subject to no-show fees. Fees are subject to change.
3. Q: What if I don't know when I can reschedule my appointment?
A: Because your rescheduling fee is paid at the time that the change to your appointment is requested, you can call us back at any time to reschedule. If you cannot pay your rescheduling fee at the time, your appointment will be left on the schedule pending your payment and will be subject to our no-show policy.
4. Q: If I don't show up to an appointment, do I still get charged?
A: All no-shows will be charged the entire value of the service(s) scheduled using the credit/debit card on file, gift card or voucher number(s) on file, Pre-purchased membership and non-membership services within your account. No-shows are called "late cancels" and will appear as such in your No-Show email. Groupon appointments missing a voucher number will be charged a $25 non-refundable fee. Add your appointment(s) dates and times to your calendar so you don't miss out. Missed appointments are not eligible for a "Re-book".
5. Q: I have an emergency that came up, will I still be charged?
A: Rejuvenate Wellness Center PLLC reserves sole discretion on any exceptions and exceptions should not be expected by clients regardless of how "other businesses" manage or don't manage similar policies.
6. Q: My Groupon/Gift Card expired, can l still use it?
A: The promotional offer of an expired Groupon is no longer valid, but the price paid for the Groupon can be used towards any regular priced service. You'll have to pay the difference of the full cost of service. Groupon value cannot be used towards first time client discounts, rescheduling fees, gratuities or membership fees. This applies to any social buying promotion. Other options may be provided at the discretion of Rejuvenate Wellness Center PLLC. Rejuvenate Wellness Center PLLC is not responsible expired or last minute Groupon expiration. Gift card extensions are available with a fee.
7. Q: Can I bring my child/children to my appointment?
A: For everyone's safety, we do not allow unattended minors in our waiting area. Children not receiving therapy are not allowed in treatment rooms. Rejuvenate Wellness Center PLLC is not responsible for the supervision of any minors within the clinic. You may need to reschedule your appointment due to childcare with all booking policies still applicable.
*There are no refunds for any pre-purchased services. First time client offers are available for individuals who have never received services at any Rejuvenate Wellness Center PLLC locations.
