A. Yes. You must provide cancellation notice 30 days prior to your next billing cycle in writing using our Cancellation Form. Give us call, we'll help you with that process.
Q. Can I purchase additional sessions if I need them?
A. Yes, you get a 20% discount on qualifying additional services. :)
Q. What if I am traveling or too busy to get my monthly treatment?
A. Don't worry, your unused membership sessions roll over for up to 90 days. After that, they do expire.
