Services in your account that have expired or will expire during any past or future closures will be honored. You won't lose your prepaid services for up an additional 30 days after we open.
Your safety and well being, as well as our team's, is of utmost importance to us.
Our team has been hard at work to make sure you’re comfortable and, more importantly, safe during your appointment. This is a long email, but we want to make sure you have some details about our Phase 1 reopening.
SERVICES AND HOURS: For everyone's safety, during Phase 1 of our soft reopening, massage service duration times will be slightly reduced and modified. Office hours will also vary.
MASSAGE: We will only be offering individual massage sessions. No couples sessions or sauna sessions at this time. All sessions will be conducted in a face down position, with a focus on upper or lower back, neck, shoulders. You will be required to wear a mask during your session, and your therapist will wear gloves and a mask as well.
APPOINTMENT TIMES: Appointment start times will be staggered and will not start at the same time. Our waiting area will be closed to guests and visitors to promote social distancing and avoid front desk groups.
PARKING: When you arrive, please remain in your car and call us at 915-873-7438. If we miss your call, just respond to the text message you'll receive shortly. We’ll let you know when your therapist is ready for you. If you are visiting together, keep in mind your companion will be called in first as your appointments will start at a different time. Restrooms are only available once you have been called in for your appointment.
MASKS REQUIRED: Masks are required upon arrival, during and throughout your entire session. No exceptions. Staff will also wear masks at all times. You must provide your own mask or you may purchase one in our office if stock is available.
PRE-SCREENING QUESTIONS: You’ll receive pre-screening questions to be filled out and your temperature will be taken prior to your session.
START TIME: Once we call you in to the office and upon satisfactory completion of your screening, you will walk to the hand-washing station by the restrooms and will be required to wash your hands while your therapists helps complete your intake and your add-on preferences. You will walk to your massage room where your session will begin after the therapists washes their hands. Please note that gloves will be worn by therapist during your session.
END TIME: Once session is completed, you will once again wash your hands prior to check-out. Your mask is still required.
CHECK-OUT: All payments will be made contact-free. We will not be accepting cash at this time. This is also where you can choose to add gratuity. Please schedule your appointment online or via phone. We will not schedule appointments in person at the check out desk.
SANITIZING: Please know that while we’ve always had a high standard for cleanliness, we’re taking every precaution to keep everyone safe. From pre-screening all clients and staff, slightly modifying session duration times and rearranging our schedule to avoid front desk crowds and allow for equipment sanitizing between each session, you can trust that you’re in good hands. We encourage you to provide your own hand sanitizer as supplies are low for everyone at this time. First and foremost, we are following the science. We are also staying updated with any regulatory orders and announcements.
CHANGES: These policies are subject to change. While the process will look a little different for now, you’ll still be getting the same Rejuvenate quality you count on and have been looking forward to!
